IdealPC extensions for Joomla and YOOtheme Pro – version of 8 October 2026
1. GNU GPL licence
All extensions published by IdealPC Sàrl (Ideal Grid, Ideal Horaires, Ideal Statut, Ideal Weather…) are distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GNU GPL v2+), like Joomla itself. The full text of the licence is available at gnu.org.
2. What the licence allows you to do
- use the extension on as many sites as you like, including for your clients;
- read, study and modify the source code, which is delivered unencrypted (no encrypted or obfuscated code);
- redistribute the extension, modified or not, under the terms of the GPL.
The extension works fully without a licence key and without any domain restriction.
3. What your purchase includes
The price paid on idealpc.ch is not for a right of use but for a service: downloading the extension, one year of updates and e-mail support. After purchase you receive a download key to enter once in Joomla (System › Update Sites). It lets you install new versions from System › Update › Extensions while it is valid. When it expires, the extension keeps working normally; only updates and support stop, until you renew.
4. Third-party elements
The graphics, style sheets and scripts shipped with the extensions are also licensed under GPL v2+, unless stated otherwise in the file concerned. Joomla and YOOtheme are trademarks of their respective owners; IdealPC is not affiliated with Open Source Matters or YOOtheme.
